This is a brand new Hp-16c calculator with slip case and handbook in the original box. The bezel has some white places which I have seen on variuos units at times. A person told me it is where the lacquer gets a little damp then dries. Other than that it looks and feels brand new. Want a new unit to put to work without paying $500 to $800 then this is for you. The reason is I purchased this unit in good faith as both brand new and in mint condition and paid accordingly for it. The unit is certainly new but not mint.
