If that is all that is wrong, put some kleenex tissue in ( a thin layer is all that is needed to help hold the battery pack tightly in place. Put some tape (duct or clear packing tape) over the cover. I dont think you will find any parts you need unless someone is parting a broken unit out for parts. You have a beautiful instrument and just enjoy it with the tape on the bottom. I own one myself and had to replace the gummy wheel in the card reader (some grief but I did it without any help). There are kits available now to do this at HP41C.COM I have a 35, 55, 67, 41C, 41CX and a 15C two wands, one working card reader and a printer. I love'm all.
