Canon also made a larger (but still battery powered) version of the Multi-8 called the MD-810. It has identical functionality only in a desktop design. I have one of each (sorry not for sale) if you need details on either, please let me know. Also I've scanned a copy of the manual here: http://www.wass.net/manuals/
