The CD set available on the HP Museum site (http://www.hpmuseum.org/cd/cddesc.htm does indeed have the main 97 manual on it and even has the 97 service manual. It also has a large number of "application pac" manuals on it too (look under HP67, the 67 and 97 use the same software). Let me know what you're looking for in particular and I can make sure that it's on the CD set for you.
