Ernie Jorgenson has owners and service manuals for your machine. His website is http://officemachinemanuals.com If your machine is working, it probably only needs some local cleaning and lubrication. Once you remove the covers, there is a gear on the right side of the machine that has a threaded hole in the center. A 1/4-28 thread bolt will fit this hole, and turning the bolt clockwise (tightening) will cycle the machine by hand. Try a few slow addition and subtraction cycles by hand and look for sluggish linkages. Use a good penetrating oil (not WD-40) applied to the pivoting or sliding points. I use Aerokroil from Kano Labs.
