Owned one since around 1990. It is basically an FX-602P on steroids, with the same instruction set but up to 6144 (from memory) steps. A very, very good calculator. The interface box (FA-6 (?)) allowed saving of programs via a serial interface to a PC as well as to cassette tape. I had owned an FX-602P since undergraduate days, and as a poor postgrad went hungry after seeing and buying this unit in a shop in Tenerife. Never seen it on sale anywhere else.
