I repaired HP32 and HP42 with this defect. You have to change o reinforce the small rubber that push between the keyboard flat cable and the main circuit. The problem is not the repair itself but opening the calculator! You have to (carefully) pull up the metal plate from the bottom, remove the melted plastic pin using (carefully) small drill or soldering iron. You can found on the web the opening instructions.
