The eight rechargeable batteries for the Olivetti Logos 9 calculator are actually not stackes of ten dimes, their are 16cm high (5/8 inch high) and 16cm (5/8inch)in diameter. They are soldered in series, with three wires attached, one at each end of the eight, and a middle wire off the forth battery.
