Consider a Casio fx-250 or 260 as both are fairly small (somewhat larger than credit card size). Also look for an Hp6s (either version) as these are also fairly small and very tough, just rubber keyboards that feel mushy. Two quick suggestions that should be still fairly easy to find either via retail or ebay. The Casio's should still be available, retail for about $10 (US). The Hp6s will probalby have to be found via ebay and for double that, just because a discontinued Hp product. I do believe a scientific credit card sized calculator may have been released, but finding one will be a matter of luck (and probably $$$).
