The Monroe company still exists, and they can be somewhat helpful. A year ago I was in a position similar to yours, having obtained an old Monroe electric calculator. I called Monroe at 1-888-MONROE1 (1-888-666-7631)and spoke to Bill Hines and Gary Adamowicz--their service department, I believe. They gave me their best educated guess as to the model number. (Apparently there were numerous models over the years with lots of incremental improvements.) Then, you can contact Office Machine Americana (Lewiston, Idaho, phone 208-746-8325) and see if they have a manual reprint for your machine. If they don't, they may have a manual for a closely similar model, which should be quite helpful
