Received his Medical Doctor degree in 1969 at Central University of EcuadorPost graduate training in U.S.A.: General Surgery five years (U.N.M. and U.C.O.N.N.) Transplantation Surgery two years (Wayne S.U. Michigan).

LICENCES: to practice General Surgery in U.S.A. since 1976 active up to date.

In Ecuador since 1969.  ATLS and ACLS Certificates (American College of Surgeons and American Heart Association) up to date.
